- All Equipment is to be washed and cleaned on site prior to returning
- Any Maintenance to be reported
- Any damage to equipment is the responsibility of the user
- All items are subject to availability
- These fees may be wavered if undertaking an activity in partnership with Project Platypus
- Members of Local Landcare Groups receive a 20% discount on all items
- Project Platypus equipment can only be used within the Upper Wimmera Catchment area
- All equipment is to be operated in accordance with operating procedures
- All equipment is to be dropped off and picked up at Project Platypus Depot at a mutually agreed time
- If items are not returned the person borrowing will be invoiced for replacements cost
